Rates

Rates per person per night, including breakfast,

are from £26.00 to £32.00 for two people sharing a room.

We accept single occupancy of either room at a rate of £35 per night.

For long stays discounts are available:-

        5% on reservations of 5 nights
       10% on reservations of 6 nights
        7 nights for the price of 6
        Bookings longer than 7 days – prices by arrangement.

All discounted bookings subject to payment in advance prior to arrival.

Deposit

A 50% deposit is requested at the time of booking.

Payment

We accept the balance in cash or cheque with a valid

bankers card. We will also accept the following

credit/debit cards:-

Children

Children over 10 years old are welcome.

Pets

Sorry we do not accept pets.

Smoking

No smoking on the premises.

Cancellations

In the event of cancellation the deposit will be refunded only if we can re-let the room.
